Brittany deserves more than 5 stars. My husband and I met with more than one agent when it was time to sell our house. She actually encouraged us to check around to ensure she was the agent for us. We ended up choosing her. She was attentive, very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. We asked what we needed to do to make our house more appealing during walk-throughs. She offered a few suggestions but nothing expensive or cost-prohibitive. She produced a financial analysis for us to review detailing her suggested listing price and our profit along with other information.
